Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and martial arts training involve physical contact and inherent risks of injury. By participating in classes or programs, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own risk. You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.

Participation in classes requires a separate in-person waiver and release of liability, along with any membership or program agreement. Those documents, once signed, govern your participation and take precedence over the general statements on this website.
